  • Our advice is bring clothing and riding gear for some chilly mornings and night plus throw your rain gear in just in case we get showered one. After all we will be around and higher than 1000mtrs above sea level

  • The average temperature will hover between 21*C and 9*C

TERRAINS YOUR GOING TO EXPERIENCE

  • This tour is predominantly gravel roads with as minimal tar as possible so be sure to have suitable tyres

  • Majority of the roads we will be using are National parks and forestry maintained roads, additionally we will use some narrower roads in our more remote sections of the routes

  • There are no big hill climbs

  • There are no big river crossings

  • You will possibly get some wet boots from concrete causeways and the odd creek

  • As the east coast of Aus deals with La Nina there is a high chance of some road damage (both gravel and tar). Some sections have the possibility to have exposed stones and water ruts, but if you keep your ambitions and ability in check everything is achievable

  • This tour is suited to all adventure style bikes that are capable on gravel and tar roads. It is possible to complete the tour on a four stroke enduro bike also (keep in mind fuel range)
